Notes

Struck at 71 with an initial mash temp of 67 and final mash temp of 66. Mash out at 77 for five mins. OG of 1.065. 13L in urn, 11 and a bit to fermenter. Brewed 1 May 2016.

Far and away the best brew yet. Great head retention and body. When doing again, bring the ABV down.
