Notes

Alex B's recipe, mashed higher on his advice.

Subbed out 3 pounds flaked wheat with 2 pounds wheat and 1 pound flaked oats, because I noobed up the order.

Replaced noble hops woth Magnum because of frustration with dealing with whole hops

9/10/2016: has a kind of unpleasant smell, hard to put my finger on it. maybe a kind of chemically/solventy kind of thing? taste is lightly tart, mostly clean, not much going on yet.
