0.25/lb = 113G of American Caramel (Pale Crystal)
0.17/lb = 77G of American Carapils (Cara Foam Malt)
8:15 - Added bag of grain to 8L of hot water (50c)
9:00 - Temp at 45c
- Turned burner on low
9:10 - Puller barley bag out of mixture
Hops Addition (Centennial hops)l :
0.25oz = 7G
0.17oz = 5G
9:30 - Malt Extract Added
9:35 - Added 1st hop bag (7g)
9:45 - Added 2nd bag of hops (7g) Whoops 5min early
10:00 - Added 3rd bag of hops (7g)
10:17 - Added 4th bag of hops (7g)
- Added kettle finnings tablets
10:35 - took off heat, entered cold bath
- Added 5th bag of hos (5g)
- Added 8L of cold water
10:45 - Added an additional 2/L of water temp around 33C
10:55 - Added 1.5/L of water temp at 30C

- Yeast added
