OG was 1.069 with 22l of wort. Decided to add all the liquid in with the yeast (1.5l) to get closer to target. This brought it down to 1.058 with around 24l of wort.
Happy with this as I'll lose some to dry hopping. Just hope the extra water doesn't lighten the beer or affect flavour too much. |
