Notes

I brew with soft water. Ph is around 8. I also expected higher efficiency e.g. around 75%. Was aiming for ABV right around 8%

CaSO4: 7,2 gram (Add to mash water)

NaHCO3: 1,8 gram (Add to mash water)

CaSO4: 8 gram (Add to sparging water)

I used a "Hop Alpha Acid Age Adjustment Calculator" to get the right IBU
