Protein blooms removed (300ml) and then dry hopped in fermenter with:
30g Amarillo
30g Centennial
30g Chinook.
Fermenter taken back to the garage (5oC) and CO2 purged into fermenter.

PolyClar mixed on stirrer for 45 mins before adding to Fermenator. Will leave for 4 days before racking into keg. |

For some reason there was only 15 litres to keg, disappointing given the low volumes lost to trub. Need to check kettle volume/graduations to ensure volume correct at time of boil. |
