Moved to cold crash at 34 degrees. The first several days of dry hopping, I spooned the hell outta the hop bag to try try to release hop flavor. Smells fantastic- sure hope it tastes that way! |

Hops have mellowed and "dark" has moved to the forefront. Really smooth and hops are still there but somewhat muted over the last couple of weeks. Next time I make this a little lighter. |
