So this was made at the Masonic lodge with some variation. Ended up adding about 1/3of Sazz and then 2/3 oz. at the 10min mark. Only used Kent Golding. The caramel was 15L not 20L |

The basement where this was stored was only about 65-68° so I think it was too cold. |

Because of the group I didn't get to keep track of how much was bottled. Boiled 2 cups of water with 4oz of priming, (corn), sugar for 15min and then let cool for a bit.
Hoping that there isn't so much sugar left from primary that the bottles decide to go. |

Had to move all bottles to the fridge for a second time as they were looking like they wanted to pop. Too much sugar left... |
