Notes

Aquecer água da mostura até 55ºC e adicionar o malte, seguir os tempos e temperaturas definidos.

Fermentação primária por 10 dias a 19ºC

Fazer dry hopping com 100 g de lúpulo Simcoe, inserindo-o dentro de um voal com peso para que ele afunde, manter em 19ºC. Retirar o lúpulo após 5 dias.

Maturar a 0ºC por 14 dias.

Fazer primming com 8 g/L de cerveja.

15 dias de recarbonatação na garrafa.
