Notes

Efficiency was a bit lower than calculated; closer to 60-70%

Tasting Notes 4/26: Awesome body and mouth feel.
Great aroma. Well balanced malt and hops. Not so dry. Still bitter and great piney aroma from the dry hopping. Very robust and flavorful
In my experience, it carbonated well and has a beautiful foamy head that stays.

Final thoughts: I may shoot for a lower mash temp to activate those shorter strings of sugar for a dryer finish.
