Notes

6lbs Pilsen LME is a late addition at 15 minutes remaining in the boil.

IBUs being calculated here is wildly incorrect for some reason. This beer wasn't on the bitter side at all.

Note one of the few brews I have had a blowout start on, recommend adjusting the volume to 5gal instead of 5.5 to give more headroom in the primary.
