Primed with 16.0g sucrose in 100ml boiling water. Should provide about 2.1 volumes of CO2. Bottled in 500ml Belgian crown bottles.

Very light color and flavor. Slightly sweet with very subtle hops and grain flavors. No off flavors so far!
Will let condition for three weeks and report back.

Very smooth, more like a farmhouse than a cream. Oh well. Not bad, will definitely brew again.
