Smells good; tastes like disappointment. Sourly cat-pee-ey (too much Citra?) and overly caramelly (too much crystal?). Not a success. |

Next 4 bottles all gushers. Doesn't taste infected; just overcarbonated. Either I miscalculated priming, or it hadn't fully finished fermenting at bottling.
Flavor has rounded out somewhat; still a lot of sour bitterness though. No longer *terrible*, but still not very good. |

Still gushing, although a little less enthusiastically. Flavor is growing on me: good funky bitterness. |

Another gusher and this time *not* growing on me: sharp slightly sour bitterness. I think this batch got infected. |
