Notes

Made up a 1 pint wort, gravity ~1.035, . Boiled for 30 minutes, cool to room temperature. Pitch one vial, shake well and let sit for 1 day. One Tsp of nutrient added. Pitched at 70°F.

I thought I had cascade hops. However I had added centennial Hops.
