Airlock bubbling in am and pm. Not much krausen but wort appears very cloudy.
PM-Pitched about 600 mL of 1100 mL Wyeast3787 starter after about 30 hours on stirplate. Just after starter high krausen. |

AM - 19C. Still not much krausen but very cloudy wort and airlock activity. |

AM - Fermentation may be slowing. Wort looks lighter, less bubbling on surface. Raised temp to 19.5C |

Added 1 quart of strong brewed Earl Grey tea. 18 Stash Double Bergamot Earl Grey tea bags in 1 quart water for 5 minutes.
Actual ABV = 6.42%
Purged 5x at 30 psi, left at 30 psi for ~24 hours. Not quite fully carbed but put at serving pressure. |
