Transferred to carboy with farmhouse yeast slurry and added Roselare yeast blend.
Other carboy is fermenting with farmhouse and us 05 yeast and is at 1.014 getting farmhousy creamy flavors ! |

Added 1/2 lb toasted coco flakes to farmhouse
also adding 2oz oak cubes with 1 cup house chardonnay soaked on cubes
leaving both in primary's for yeast contact |

This 1/2 of the 12 gal batch I Kegged, clarified w/ gelatin for a week, added 2oz of peach flavor and carbonated....its the shit!
