Tangerine:
Peeled 8 Mandarin tangerines dried to 50% soaked in 4 oz. New Amsterdam citrus flavored vodka. Added at day 5 in secondary. (Sprotte-Watson Fallbrook, CA property)

Coconut:
.5 lbs. Medium-light Roasted coconut. Bob's Red Mill unsulfered, unsweetened type. Added at day 5 in secondary.
