WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Sugar added to fermentables to target dry finish (add with 10 min left in boil.)
Crystal 30 steeping grains for a subtle touch of caramel flavor and color blend. Can also add wheat malt for increase head retention.
All-grain option use 2-row malt as primary grain bill. Target mash on lower end (148 - 152 degrees).
