No issues with mash (settled after 15 mins) and flowed well. Collected 53 litres pre-boil (vs 51 lt expected).
Finished 2-3 litres above expected and gravity a little lower because of it. |

Still bubbling at a few bubbles every 2 seconds so is close to terminal. Added the 350g of dry hops to the FV and left in Ferminator at 15oC for 1 week |

Packaged 1 keg and put in keezer.
Remaining brew left to condition as a secondary fermentation in the FV at 6oC until we have another free keg, 1-2 weeks. Will compare the dry hopping schedules to see how they differ.
Brew is crystal clear, tastes great, malty, hoppy and bitter. Trub was the most solid I have ever seen, only collected 300ml and took 10 mins!! |
