Notes

Make 1L yeast starter at least 48 hrs prior to brew day.

Taste: Not a lot of maltyness, slight bitterness, not too much of a fan of the hop flavors.

Color: Color is perfect for a blonde ale - not a lot of sediment

Smell: Nise crisp smell with a slight florally aroma.

Things to Change: Change base malt from Golden Promise to Maris Otter. Try switching the order of the hops, or switching altogether.
