Notes

2 pakker wlp400 (wit-gjær) på en 23 liters batch.

Varm opp 7 liter vann til opp mot 70 grader. Ha i korn (2 kg), rør ned til 65 grader. La kornet meske seg i 60 minutter uten at varmekilden er på. Isoler gryten med for eksempel dyne, liggeunderlag, sovepose.
Etter dette, sil av værter over i en annen gryte eller gjæringskar. Kast korn, eventuelt bak brød. Kok så vørter i 70 min. Ha så i sirup. Ha i humle underveis. ha i kaldt vann til 23 liter totalt. Sørg for at brygget er under 25 grader, ha i gjær. resten kan dere...
