- 6 gal @ 167 F + 19.5 gal @ 68 F (estimated) = 151 F mash
- @ 152.2 F @ 60 min
- @ 151.7 F @ 30 min
- @ 150.4 F @ 0 min
sparged with 4.5 gal for 12 minutes
got maybe 8.5 gal
boiled for 90 minutes with heat stick in most of the time |
