Recipe calls for 61 litres of brew liquor.
Therefore: 70ml AMS solution and 18g DLS required for pale ale. |

After 10 hours (06:30) bubble rate approx. 3-4 bubbles per second, after just 22 hours (17:30) a continuous stream of bubbles...great start to the fermentation. |

2x full kegs packaged. 1x keg dry hopped with 50g simcoe and 50g citra and kept in Fermentarium for 6 days at 20oC. 1x keg left unhopped and put in keezer as usual. |

Tasted both the unhopped and dry hopped versions. Both kegs are fairly cloudy at this stage (but both have been conditioned in the keezer so may be chill haze). The unhopped brew is very quaffable with a faint hoppy taste, the dry hopped version is awesome with pine resin and citrus notes in abundance. Might dry hop the unhopped keg to play catch up. |
