Thermopen Chef Alarm was giving false temperature readings throughout fermentation. Constantly 25F high. Added ice multiple times to cool fermentation. We'll see how it turns out. That thermometer is an expensive POS.
Added 1oz Amarillo pellet dry hops in nylon bag. |
