Notes

Using 16 oz of Dried Hibiscus Flowers to make a half gallon of tea to put into the secondary. Also going to add 2 tablespoons of cracked pink peppercorns to the tea for a little extra spice. Tea will then be added to the secondary, cooled, and then I will transfer the beer on top of the tea and dry hop for 7-10 days.
