Measurement: Measured 1.020 with refractometer, Used Northern Brewer calculator and estimates 1.011.
Appearence:
Both Same: Yellow and opaque
Aroma:
-BMB: No Butryic acid
-Carboy: Slight Butyric Acid (towards pineapple)
Taste:
-BMB: No Butryic Acid, Slight Salt
-Carboy: Light Butyric Acid, Slight Salt |
