Notes

Grapefruit (about 6 Dried slices) lemon (2 dried slices), tangelos (3 dried slices), and apricot (6 dried full fruit) added 7 days before bottling in secondary fermentation. late addition fermentables add with 20 min left to boil. Pure grapefruit juice added with sugar at the bottle step (about 4 cups, added to taste).
