Only ended up with 4.25 gal water after sparge. Added 0.5 gal mixed water, let bag drain and added liquid after, ended up with 5.4 gal

Put in whore bag keg. Clean nose, very boozy, definitely needs at least another month. Malty late finish. |

transferred to a new keg (from whorebag to bitchface) because whorebag had clogging issues. Lots of foam during transfer, had to do in two sessions.
full body, high ester. Tried a sample with lactose added, definitely improved taste (along with dry hopping). 3.5/5
added 9.6 oz of lactose to the new keg |
