-the beer still has a semi strong corny smell

   retention on next brew<br />


!*I enjoy the slight "grain" taste which has been smoothed over with the vanilla. Ensure to boil for 75 minutes to decrease DMS and get rid of the corn aroma. Otherwise, a decent cream ale that would be a good summertime staple.
