Notes

Ferment primary for 7 days @ 48 degrees. Raise temp to 52 degrees for 3 days than raise temp to 65 to 68 degrees for 4 days. Rack to secondary and lager @ 40 degrees for 6 weeks. Bottle with 7/8 cup corn sugar and condition @ 68 degrees for 2 or more weeks for proper carbonation.
