Cracked first regular bottle (341ml). Almost a gusher but turned out to be just lively. Some harsh acetic acid on the first sip but settled down after letting it breath for a few minutes. Nice flavour and will compare to Duchess |

Most bottles are gushers therefore cold crashed and opened them. Some had to be topped up with others and recapped |
