Notes

Mashed in at about 149 in 3.5 gallons so I added appx 0.5 of boiling water to reach 152. Dropped to about 149 at 45 min with Acid addition so added appx 4 cups of boiling water and an additional 4 cups of appx 200 deg water for the final 30 min mash

Double ice bath dropped temp to 67 in appx an hour and a half. Pitched yeast at 8:30pm. Active bubbles at 7:30 am the following morning.
