Notes

A quick brew. Stir fermentables with 4 liters of boiling water. Add 30 g hops and the yeast nutrient, turn off heat, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Chill in sink with ice bottles. Add cold tap water. Pitch yeast. Add the dry hops when the fermentation is finished.
