Note: brewed batch 016 and 017 at the same time this evening.
20:54 start 30min at 56C
21:24 start 38min at 68C
22:02 start 15min at 70C
22:17 raise to 75C, sparge with 76C water to top up volume
23:17 start 60min boil
Add 4.5g challenger
24:02 Add 6.6g Styrian Goldings
24:14 Add 2.2g Norther Brewer
Add 2.0g Saaz
24:17 Fire OFF

forgot the irish moss
Added saaz 3g instead of 2g at 3mins, and forgot to add saaz 2g at 1min.
Substituted Northern Brewer hops at 15 mins instead of Northdown.
