Notes

Wild Wedding Yeast in starter (yes, the yeast is wild and so was the wedding where the yeast was blended during the ceremony). Expect low flocculation and attenuation if left in primary for 7 days. Depending on gravity readings may leave in primary longer. Would actually not mind too much if beer was left a bit cloudy from the yeast and show some characteristics of the yeast.
