Krausen started on second day and is still thick and white. Lots of action still even though temperature has dropped below recommended range 48F. Continued on and averaged 45F |

Poured off one pint only due to yeast. Clearity is good and improves every day. Taste has a slight crisp rice component. The 18 IBUs comes through more than expected. Nice beer |

Still drinking quite well. Clarity is amazing and Saaz hops really come through in a pleasant way |
