Notes

Boil Size 3 Gallons.
Seep grains for 25 minutes at 150 degrees
Begin boil and add LME.
Add Hops at 15 minutes and continue to boil, for a total of 60 minutes.
Irish Moss with 15 minutes left in the boil.
Honey added at the end of the boil.
Add 12 oz bag of frozen (thawed) sweet cherries to primary fermentation.
Add 4 oz bottle of Natural Cherry Flavoring at kegging or bottling time.
