Notes

I'd like the IBUs to be in the 60-70 range. I like the hop bill, especially the Centennial and Galaxy combo, but am open to changing out Citra. I tend to like the grapefruity flavor it imparts, though. I changed it to a 70 minute boil mostly to increase the IBUs without adding more bittering hops. The ABV is looking to be almost 7, I wouldn't mind it actually being between 7-8%, so feel free to mess with all that.

-Possible addition of citra in dry hop.
