Notes

Bring 3 gal H2O to 162, add all grains and oats. Hold at 152 for 45 min

Lift bag and rinse with 2 gal of water, raise temp to boil

At boil, turn off heat stir in liquid and dry malt extract. Boil for 75 minutes.

Follow hop schedule

Add cold water at end to bring up to 5.5 gal in the fermenter

Alternative: if you want to make it a coffee, chocolate or coffee & chocolate beer you can. Just add these ingredients after the active fermentation ends (3-5 days)
