Yeast pitched at 70F. Allowed to free rise to 75. Temp dropped to 69F as fermentation slowed. Aroma is dominated by fruity esters (banana). Heating belt applied to increase temp to 78 to get better attenuation.

Appearance is slight haze, almost brilliant. Surprising how quickly beer cleared. Banana ester dominate aroma and flavor. Flavor quickly gives way to pepper and pear. Horsey Brett compliments dry finish.
