- @ 152.1 F @ 20 min, post stir
got 2.75 first runnings

1.054 @ 79 F raw, did not use offset
did not have roselaire at B&G. was gonna get a brett lambic strain, somehow grabbed wyeast 5112 brett. bux. strain, woops
pitched dregs from skull 'ole (3 floyds sour) and then grabbed one thief full of cake from current lon lon lambic (10gal 2nd iteration) brew.
will pitch brett after a few days of activity with dregs + cake, planning to keep warm near vent with towel |
