Problematic mash - forgot to switch on Element of RIMS so dropped to 60oC after 20 mins, corrected to 68oC after 30mins, then 66oC for 30+10 mins so total 70 mins mash time |

Slow bubbling after 24-hours. The high gravity of the brew may be causing the slow start to fermentation. |

Still bubbling quite vigorously. Very cloudy with lots of stuff in suspension. Also quite bitter to taste.
