HOP CHARGE : prime with syringe

Make a hop tea, extracting 100ml of near boiling hoppy water. Add 60g of plain old sugar and stir to disolve. Add boiling water to bring to 200ml total. Bring back to boil briefly to sanitise then prime at the rate of 10ml per 500ml bottle. (produces 2.4 vols Co2)

amount of hops in the charge is up to you. use same as a normal zero minute addition.
