Whirlpool for 5 minutes, hop stand for 10 minutes with 1 oz Galaxy. OG=1.076 Cold crashed @35, on 11/09 pm.
Added boiled H2O,cooled to 70
on 11/09 @1930, to bring volume to 5 gallons.
G=1.030 on 11/12/15, 11/13, 11/14.
Transferred to secondary 11/14. Dry hopped on 11/16, 2.75 Galaxy. Dry
hopped for 16 days. Transferred to
Corny keg on 12/02. Back into the cooler @35*. Began carbonation on 12/09 @1530. Bottled remaining on 022816.
