Notes

Going for a fruity easy drinking wheat. Banana/Clove from the WLP300 hefe yeast, Chamomile and Honey to bring summer back to the dead of winter.

Taste notes: Delicious but a little much with the chamomile. Cut back to 1 oz next time.
