Wort tastes super sweet and complex. Boil could be more vigorous (nothing we can do with this setup. Definitely need a better Whirlpool / cooling system. |

Collected 5 gallons of Wort (lost a lot which was absorbed by hops, and probably didn't start with enough wort pre-boil. |

Tastes delicious, smoky, honey, coffee/dark chocolate notes. (weird since temp regulator in chest freezer was up and down). Gonna sample on Thursday and cold crash (test a sample with Smores tea). |

Still tastes nice and smoky sweet. Blended Smores Tea to taste. .5 oz tea / 1 cup water. .5 gallon tea per 5 gallons of beer. Cold crashing until Monday, and then racking to corny keg to force carb at 12-13 PSI. |

Sampled it from Keg after force carbonating at 13 psi for 8 days. Needs a few more days and then will bottle soon. Tastes fantastic, nice and chocolatey & toasty. |
