Brewed 12/29/20

Again, used too much water and completely filled the 6.5 gallon fermenter. OG only came to 1.042. About 10 total gallons would have been perfect for this batch, I used about 10.75-11.

Actual Results:

This recipe has been updated based on previous results.

1/18 - UPDATE: Racked into keg from primary after 3 weeks. Ended up with ABV of 4.6%

1/21 - UPDATE - poured my first beer. Different, light, wheat. I would try this one again and try to hit the numbers better.
