This brew is killer! Add the hops towards the end and you will get a fresh IPA. This recipe is all about finding out where the bitterness comes from. Wish you could taste this, the bitterness has come from full hops that have sat in the fermenter for a month. Sometimes those hops come out with big flavor!!
