Beer appears to be over-carbonated but has a great flavor. Likely bottled before fermentation was completed. The fermenter had a serious air leak that made it seem as if fermentation was complete. The refractometer was also out of calibration, which may have made it appear as though fermentation was complete when it was not. |

Beer no longer seems over-carbonated. After refrigeration, the beer does not gush. The flavor has developed further and the beer is great. It seems to taste best somewhere between fridge and room temperature (50-60F). |
