Notes

Add 5 lb 2- row, 4 lb wheat, 1lb acid malt, 3.25 gal of water, and one package of plan yogurt to a 5 gal cooler @ 150 degrees and let set over night to sour. Drain to boil kettle, rinse grain with 2 gal of 168 degree water and drain to boil kettle.
